I just wanted to drop a line to let you know how completely impressed I am with your Service Staff. I recently brought in my ’99 Passat with 197,000 miles for a complete check. After not having it serviced at a VW dealer since 100K miles, I thought it best to have professionals who know these cars take a look. I was impressed about a year ago with the cleanliness of your service department and decided that I would give your team a try for my rather lengthy service. Bob was great! Keeping me informed as each issue with my vehicle needed to be addressed, a solution and an estimated cost.
Being in the customer service business myself, I know how important it is to keep customers informed and up to date on their needs. Your service department did just that and I appreciate their communication and honesty.

“Thank you for your phone message today confirming that the Black SLK was indeed picked up (sold).
I did want to tell you that I was very impressed with your operation both in the physical plant and the obvious pride that you all take in the business. I believe that where you buy is as important as what you buy and I would be happy to be a customer of yours at some time in the future.
Let me know if you come across any other SLKs in the ’99-’01 range. While we liked the silver one, we didn’t have any idea how to operate let alone maintain the vehicle.

As you know, I was on vacation when the problem surfaced. Based on our conversation, you advised that the issue did not need immediate attention. Service could wait until I returned home. We scheduled an appointment for the following Tuesday.
From that point, Lisa & Bob coordinated a rental car, service work, and warranty approval and the other paperwork. They did a great job!

I feel that you went beyond what I would expect as good service from other companies (not just car dealerships). I was also very surprised to see that my older Passat was washed while I for service. It is great to work with people that treat customers like family! (And I mean family that gets invited to picnics, not just to weddings and graduation parties in hopes of a good present.)
We’ve dealt with other car dealers that treated us great until the sale was finished, then to the service department we were just another account. We haven’t dealt with those dealers since. On the other hand we have never hesitated recommending your dealership to friends.
